Srinagar, Dec 22:- An entrepreneur from North Kashmir has become the first person from Kashmir valley to buy a piece of land on the lunar surface.

Dr Kousar Bakshi a resident of Singhpora Kalan Baramulla who is CEO of ARML Ventures private limited and Asif memorial health cares group has managed to buy one acre land on the moon.

Talking to News Agency Kashmir Scroll Dr Kousar Bakshi claimed that he is fast growing entrepreneur of India as on date and is also a national winning entrepreneur as well.

“I applied for this land on 6th July this year and today I got an email that showed your bid has gone through as of September 12 this year”, he said.

“This is simply an honour and whenever you apply for it through registry in Lunar registry at New York where your documents and profile are being checked and if your profile gets selected after submitting nominal charges and then you are being given an ownership of piece of land on moon,”he said.

“It is one acre land at Sea of Tranquility 8.35 degree North Latitude, 30.85 Degree East Longitude, 30.85 Degree East Longitude, Tract 34 Parcel 21024”, he said, adding that it is a pride moment for a person despite that it is honorary but you can transfer or sell this land in future if you want it.

He said that it doesn’t matter if you need to go there or not but honor is most important and becoming the first person from Kashmir valley is always a pride moment.

Bakshi claimed that he started this journey before 12 years when just eight thousand were in his pocket, but after working hard with so much dedication, he has managed to achieve this feat.

He said that it is not possible for anyone to become a millionaire overnight and it needs continuous hardwork and vision.

“I always advise young entrepreneurs to work hard and the sky is limit for you”, he said, adding that people need to follow only those who have achieved something in their lives and they should never trust on unverified content or influencer.

“Embrace failures as stepping stones toward growth and resilience. They are opportunities to learn, adapt, and ultimately, succeed,” he added.
