Tral: DDC member Dr Harbakash chairs public outreach program at Shikargah village

Pulwama, 18 Feb: The District Development Council (DDC) member for Tral block and PDP spokesman, Dr Harbakash Singh on Sunday chaired a public outreach program at Shikargah village of Tral, and listened to the grievances of people here.

During the program, Dr Harbakash Singh said that, “Being elected representative, it is my duty to conduct public outreach programs at the villages come under Tral block, as i was voted to power by the same people.”

He further said that the developmental plans in Panchayat Halqas of Tral are being framed with the consent of people, as they suggest works, as per their requirements.

“I am the elected representative. During today’s outreach program, I listened to the grievances of people at Shikargah/Laribal. The people raised issues mainly about the irrigation system and link road connectivity at Laribal. I will try my best to redress all their demands timely,” Dr Harbakash Singh added.

After chairing outreach program at Shikargah, he visited Bhatnoor & Mandoora villages to hold condolence meetings, and expressed his sympathies with the bereaved families.

Earlier, Dr Harbakash Singh visited Khasdi, Karmulla, Nagbal, Rathsuna, Aripal, Wazilkulnad, Bhatnoor, Nanar & other areas of Tral sub district to conduct such programs.
