Srinagar, Mar 27: A 20-year-old youth was found dead at his home in Karfali Mohalla area of Srinagar’s Habba Kadal on Wednesday morning, officials said.
According to a statement provided by an official to the Kashmir News Observer that that the youth identified as Rayees Ahmad Dar (20), son of Mushtaq Ahmed Dar, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at home in Habba Kadal.
“The body has been transferred to the appropriate authorities for postmortem examination. The cause of death will be determined following the completion of this procedure,” the official stated.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigation has been initiated.
